Costumer satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, you can exchange your unworn jewelry within 7 days of your receipt of order. To exchange an item, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include your invoice number. Please understand that we do not accept returns as all our items are made when ordered.
Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and condition before an exchange can be made. Please insure any returns when re-shipping. We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
